I would like a definition of done for all NIPs, including existing ones.
The protocol repo should be the place to go to find out what is in the protocol.

What is the "definition of done" for a NIP?

Does it have to be complete and directly contain all information needed to implement it?
Does it have to clearly document all of its dependencies to other NIPs?
Does the ReadMe file have to be updated?
Does it have to have an issue that it closes, that includes all documentation, including
* the user story or use case,
* acceptance criteria,
* justification for the need for the new NIP, including comparisons with already-existing NIPs,
* text/code example of the full NIP,
* a reference to at least one implementation proving the concept, that can be tested dynamically,
* and etc.?
