Terrorism is a tool of the deep state with which they either coordinate or instigate a person or groups of people to carry out attacks on the innocent population in order to then propose solutions which "keep you safe", but ultimately work towards eroding freedoms and rights.
This is done by means of radicalisation, targeting of people who already possess some sort of mental issues, or by paying people off and/or blackmailing them to do their dirty work.
War is a rich mans trick, so you may notice increased acts of terror around the same times as there are escalating conflicts. The information is then put in front of us by propagandized media in order to skew the collective consciousness and manufacture consent for the changes they wish to make.
