As a member of the OpenSats Nostr committee I must say
ODELL (npub1qny…95gx) rarely says anything about the Nostr grant proposals and he doesn't vote on them either. As far as I know the Nostr grant approvals and disapprovals have been following what the Nostr committee decides. Maybe he is manipulating us all from a distance or maybe he is flipping the decisions at an upper layer, but I didn't notice.
