You can go to nostr.build and upload a video there. Copy the link and paste it here in a note 🫡
You can log in with your nostr identity (nip-05 or nsec) and your uploads follow you. In amythest I can upload videos natively and it auto saves to my nostr.build account. I have a paid account, not sure if that's available free or not.
