just submitted a pull request on Luke Dashjr (npub1lh2…a9nk) ‘s drivechain code for core. this should fix drivechain’s game theory
if miners pass a withdraw transaction that does not follow the sidechain’s rules, the script ends with a OP_RETURN that puts a ‘ghost of satoshi’ vex on their ASICs.
