Here’s a view of California different from yesterday’s coastline photo I shared. A watercolor painting I did off a photo I took.
While we were there we drove up Mt. Diablo one late afternoon. It is 3,849 ft (1,173 m) high but it was anything but cooler up there - it was hot.
The views - 360° - are well worth it, they’re magnificent and the drive was fun, reminded me of the winding curves in the Alps.
