Now I understand why my Dad wakes up before everyone else. Never understood before, but its like the only time you can really get to yourself if you are disciplined to not allow incoming.
Then, the joy is great when the little one comes in to find me in the morning, is massive.
Waking with the sun structures the entire day for the family.
It has taken me 5 years to get into good habits on family life, and its still a work-in-progress.
We all start from somewhere, but we are here now together :)
Some things you cannot understand unless you have kids.
