General practice:, Once in a while I check connected relays to see if they are active, how much spam there was reported etc. If there's a bigger problem I simply remove a specific relay (sometimes adding it back after a while, sometimes not). Generally trusted paid relays are free of spam. They don't cost much. Consider the one from Azzamo (nprofile…q5e5) or / and JellyFish (nprofile…w8yj) (a new project, personally haven't tried them yet, but it it looks decent). Also, Derek Ross (nprofile…n6q3) (since I respect your opinion very much 🟣🫵): would you add anything else?
