I just went 72 hrs on a dry fast last weekend, meaning no for now water consumption for 3 days. My record is 116 hrs. I've gone over 3 days dry now more times than I can count.
Ask Chatgtp about it... you may be inspired to try it next time. I find it easier to activate the ketone fuel pathway by going a couple days with just liquid fats, so actually tend to go at least 5 days without solids. But after going dry wet fasting barely seems to count!
