The messages sent through shopstr (nprofile…0uz8) are NIP-17 gift-wrapped DMs, so if your usual client doesn't support them (currently only Amethyst, Coracle, and 0xchat do if I'm not mistaken), you have to head over to the site to view them under "inquiries."
