I'm kind of wondering if it's a caffeine headache too. I haven't been drinking this week and kind of unintentionally haven't had caffeine for a couple days. So I just drank some coffee, slammed some electrolytes, and I'm going to keep drinking water. I don't think it's a dehydration issue, but we'll see.
