For the life of me, I can't get my Minecraft service port forwarded through my new pfsense setup. Send help.
I can reach is locally just fine. Ufw has been allowed on the port. Forwarding source of any to destination 25565 on my Minecraft server machine. Pure Nat enabled...

I don't use liquid for privacy but it has some privacy aspects. I use liquid for lower fees for a medium size stack in a high fee environment. I already told you I use Bitcoin pseudonomously for privacy. You sir are the one with your panties in a wad.

This relay is running my implementation. Grain 🌾. Grain is a highly configurable (probably the most configurable of any implementation out of the box) relay implementation. It's written in Go and uses mongodb as a database. I made it because there were no options that existed there were as configurable as I would have wanted them to be, so I made my own. If you want a taste of all the possibilities of grain you can check out the example configs here: https://github.com/0ceanSlim/grain/tree/main/app%2Fstatic%2Fexamples
It's also extremely easy to get up and running. There are release binaries for Linux and Windows. It also creates the initial configs by itself from the examples when you first run it. There's basically no setup but changing the config to your liking. The database also creates itself, you just need to download and install the Mongodb community edition server, which is super straightforward and linked in the readme.

But I gotta say, I post about grain from time to time, making a big robust relay implementation from scratch. Nearly no engagement usually. But when UTXO makes a 1 off specialized relay, it's the talk of the town for a few days.
Again, not that I don't love all the relay implementations. We need more. But it's a little demoralizing when I'm making the same thing but way more involved single project and it gets 1/100th of the reach.

Got mutelist blacklist implemented but need to change it from I'd to Pubkey.
Extrapolating... WoT relay that also blacklists everyone in the mutelist of your followers. a new mode is unlocked for WoT relays.

That's where you're wrong. People don't derive the value of their eggs by using paper with numbers on it. People derive the value of eggs by determining they want to eat them and what they can give in exchange for that want. Value is subjective. Value is not derived from fiat.

You can determine the value between them by measuring how much of each ot takes to buy a carton of eggs. You can price any good in any currency. Take what it would cost in any local currency and then price eit with Bitcoin. I know there's not many people pricing goods in BTC or ETH or Monero but it doesn't matter. Eggs can be priced in USD, EUR, ETH, and BTC. Volatility keeps merchants from pricing in currencies that are monetizing or demonitizing. You don't see eggs priced in Gold for instance. But you can take any merchants current price in whatever they use and determine what it would be in any other currency. Yes USD is the starting point for most merchants, but not always and there are hundreds or fiats you can compare. Again it doesn't matter what you start in. After you determine value of the eggs in one currency you can do it for all others. Then you can equally compare any currency. It doesn't have to involve the starting point to compare. You're valuing the eggs in dollars, not the dollars in eggs. Now you can value the eggs in BTC, ETH, XMR. Then you can equally compare XMR to BTC. USD not involved in the equation. Things are getting rapidly cheapers with Bitcoin. The denominator is the unit of account. Just change your denominator for any good to BTC from whatever you see it in at the present. Now look at the trend. It's going up forever.

I'll eventually make the front end capable of logging in with nostr and if the Pubkey matches the operater in the NIP11 document, then you can adjust configs from the front end. For now, just open the config.yml to make your configurations. You have to restart the server for the new configs to take effect.

This is the somewhat accurate parts. A lot of NIP11 documents are scuffed... I crawled about 8000 relays online and any implementations that had a count of 10 or less were marked as other. rnostr/rnostr is only running on 12 for instance so it made the cut. There's a bunch running some weird version of something or their document is scuffed and I have other stuff to write before parsing this list more accurately.

When you start crawling relay lists to aggregate relays, you realize how all sorts of fucked up a lot of relay lists are.
Parsing all this and throwing out everything that's not a valid clearnet websocket server is a lot of crap to clean up. Getting closer though. Finding about 890 online clearnet relays.

Once the crawlr is done I could make a tool to remove dead relays from your relay list. :) Ranking uptime, tracking read/write policies. So much necessary tooling is needed for users to have a better understanding of what relays they should pick.

Which is? Are you saying an AI can't make a beautiful drawing? It can. Better than most humans. Why wouldn't you want to watch better movies if we can save 1/2 on it's production cost? I don't think AI is capable of making art. It can however make very good drawings, scripts, videos, and everything else. It just won't have a human element and I believe art needs soul. But a good movie does not need soul. A good painting does not need soul. A good book, film, etc can be achieved without the wok and time required not other humans for out own entertainment. To discover relays. Going to req from a starting point for relay lists, then make another req from the discovered relays for more relay lists. After I have a list I'll send an event to the relays and log the responses. Then I can make an API for metrics or relays like a list of public relays, paid relays etc as well as response times and other metrics. With the web of discovery I can make a cool graph to see the most referenced and the ones on the furthest reaches of the network.
