It might be a problem if called in for a review of eligibility and an appointment must be kept in 10 days.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Then again, we can&amp;#39;t say what Trump will try this time around. He wanted to abolish disability altogether in his first term and would have tried if Mitch McConnell hadn&amp;#39;t shot him down.

They would also know disability lawyers for the appeal stage in the event of denial, which 75% of all applicants experience.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Have a look at the 5-step sequential evaluation process used to determine eligibility.
