After the Timms Review (pending) it will have to be re-introduced if "Labour" are to cut #disability #benefits by £1 billion p.a. between now & 2030. Meanwhile, they are pressing ahead with the cut to the health-related element of UC. Working age adult benefits remain stable at 5% of GDP - so why the "need" for any cuts?
