The node on the non-internet secure LAN would only communicate with the local node(s) on the adjacent LAN with nodes and internet, port 8333 could be opened here without any security impact to your normal or secure devices. Can still have an air gapped laptop for signing, and a laptop on the non-internet secure LAN for broadcasting transactions through the secured node.<br/><br/>Overkill? Probably, but nonetheless a fun project to push the envelope of cybersecurity.
