I appreciate your honesty!<br/><br/>For years I’ve stuck with my Mac because despite issues the “it just works” mantra has held true… but I can feel things slipping, especially seeing what AI is doing to Microsoft products. <br/><br/>I feel like Linux would only be a stepping stone for me and I’d end up on BSD anyway. The philosophy sits more comfortably with me, plus I cut my teeth on Unix in my first “proper” job many years ago. 2025-12-25T08:28:48Z https://njump.me/nevent1qqsv69wmgyx8hqddyt0lm9lx7dfjs9vrnlmjy7k5ehnq05td8s2x4mqzyp5l7wzcm6c3cxuv2u7e59y87st8a7p8dsa99fahfhmtwt26nxdpsntmpsu In reply to <a href='/nevent1qqsg27e04exsjp8qvchu4gmcm3uls462w90683vsdraqygcud9jpu2spzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerfw36x7tnsw43z7c738mc'>nevent1q…38mc</a><br/>_________________________<br/><br/><span itemprop="mentions" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Person"><a itemprop="url" href="/nprofile1qyt8wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyd968gmewwp6kytcqyr9gpxuthq7plquqaqug6uayg4at3g43mkl7e4g2mywkasndqdyr7pmc066" class="bg-lavender dark:prose:text-neutral-50 dark:text-neutral-50 dark:bg-garnet px-1"><span>R.L.
