A small gray cat has visited my dreams several times since our Diva kitty passed. Always the same little cat with the insistent meow full of rolling rs and questioning inflection. Usually my dreams are pointless and forgotten almost as soon as they&#39;re over, but these were different. Jesse kept talking about a mama cat and her kittens that he&#39;d seen and was determined to rescue. When he said the mama was a small gray cat, Joe (who was … let&#39;s call it extremely reluctant to open his heart to a new cat) nevertheless felt compelled to mention my recurring dream which set things in motion. <br/><br/>And so now, after her rescue and recovery with Jesse and Crystal, we introduce Moira. Her name comes from the Greek word for the concept of fate/destiny. Plus, her constant chatter and bids for attention remind us very much of the Moira character from the show &#34;Schitt&#39;s Creek.&#34; So Moira, after raising her bébés to make their way in the world with homes of their own, has now joined us to live the life of luxury to which she is so clearly entitled. <br/><br/>She&#39;s still recovering from her time outside, and has more weight to gain.
