So far, Carney has no private backer for the pipeline, had the Pathways Alliance (now calling themselves the Oilsands Alliance) back out of carbon capture (which doesn't work anyway), faced nothing but determined resistance from Coastal First Nations in BC over the tanker moratorium, and now he's caving entirely on Alberta's industrial carbon emissions.

None of the conditions in his MOU have been met, and Mark Carney just keeps on retreating and backing down.

When Trump withdrew from trade negotiations over Ontario's (accurate) Reagan commercial, when Trump sanctioned judges at the ICC (including a Canadian), as Trump threatens Greenland, etc -- Carney always, *always* retreats.
