Or bruin. It’s #BelgianStyle #Quadrupel time. This is based on our #KereruUntrappedPotential recipe.

It’s a beer in two parts. Today has a bag of #Gladfield Dark Chocolate Malt. Tomorrow will omit that (I did not feel like weighing anything). The wort is very toasty as it has lots of Vienna Malt in it.

Here we have views of the grant and kettle.

2026-08-31T21:01:21Z https://njump.me/nevent1qqsv0xv28ylwgm3vg76t7cy060upa9n285q3tjnrarvq0dqm89qggqqzyrygn0qyp978r0v8l450rclcdhzryrj9dqqpphsy4nkq62wwxrw8jyx4q9m Signup today to be notified on 4th September 2026: https://www.kererubrewing.co.nz/advent-calendar

2026-08-26T09:55:04Z https://njump.me/nevent1qqsdcmmz9pg4pf40s8s0ycnmdywy6mgcdn32uh6426hn85lc2y383xszyrygn0qyp978r0v8l450rclcdhzryrj9dqqpphsy4nkq62wwxrw8jg5mn55 Carrot soup? No! It’s #KereruGingerBeer with #turmeric. It’s non-alcoholic and #GlutenFree and will be canned later this week. Not too sweet, it is firey and a bit earthy.
