Okay it isn&#39;t really anything like the matrix.<br/>What you need to realize is that your memory is most likely already very capable you just need to find a way to use, and the first thing you need to do is make associations to things you know. But don&#39;t make the association boring, rather make them vibrant and a bit outrages. Would you be likely to remember a cup of tee, sure maybe, but surely either cup or tee would be more memorable in different situation, say a cup of nails or a waterfall of tee.
