Relre does deduplicate the upstreams so there would be no double announcing(attempts) or stuff like that. Is this okay and supported by you? Technically it would be one additional user of your relay.

I've just read about cohost shutting down, did I read that right? $41k expenses per month for 16k users? That looks like it's way too much. Smells like letting AWS doing auto scaling shenanigans. AWS is hilariously expensive but still I really can't wrap my mind around that number, there is no valid scenario for me where expenses would be that high.
