Maybe this can be expanded beyond a Reading Challenge.

A shared lexicon like [@standard.site@bsky.brid.gy](https://bsky.brid.gy/ap/did:plc:re3ebnp5v7ffagz6rb6xfei4 ) but for challenges. This way, if other services want to also incorporate challenges, they can use and display existing ones. Just add a way to identify the genre for scoping.

It's sad to know that many in the ATmosphere network providing tools, services, and custom Feeds, are jobless and not getting anything out of the work they're doing.

It is discouraging. We do need to survive, pay bills, to keep doing what we're doing.

This is what I do for the ATmosphere network 👇🏽

First of two runs completed! It was a good start too. More run, less walk. I have no idea how I was able to do that and more—in sync breathing, pacing, no pain, no shortness of breath, it was like I was given with a new lungs without damages caused by pneumonia.

Finished my first #run for 2026 a few hours ago. For some reason, I was filled with adrenalin and energy, I just ran immediately without warm-up and prep.

It has been years but today I was able to:

- run more, walk less

- breath in sync

- maintain pacing (which I often struggle)

- better posture

I can't remember what was in my mind the entire time, but not focusing on my run helped me to just do it. I didn't feel my legs getting tired. I didn't have shortness of breath. No cramps or missteps.

I guess it's a good start for 2026!
