Snort: people search needs some love 🔍

I tested it systematically and found:

1. Only display name + NIP-05 are indexed — bios are not searchable. Words that appear in real profiles' bios (e.g. "chickens", "synthwave", "dogs") return zero results.
2. Results are silently capped at 10 with no pagination, so single-letter queries drop everything beyond the first 10.
3. The index only covers profiles the local relay has seen (~a dozen in my case), so most of the network is invisible to search.
4. Fuzzy matching creates false positives ("pl" matches "nostrplebs.com").

People search is the main way you discover each other on Nostr — it's the first thing I try when I want to find someone, and right now it mostly fails. Fixing bio indexing + pagination would go a long way.
