I truly appreciate how carefully you pay attention to the sequence of changes - not everything at once, but prioritizing step by step to minimize conflicts and avoid duplication. Just so you know what else I can help with when it will be needed with my long previous experience in video streaming, media and adTech: Kaltura CE, FFmpeg (encoding, transcoding), custom interactive video players, legacy VPAID + VAST ad serving/playback (pre/mid/post rolls, linear/non-linear, companion), live shopping inside video, video-on-demand, pay-per-view, other features which are present on centralized video platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram Reels etc. Along with solid skills in С++, TypeScript / Node.js & React based frameworks...

Recently, while actively using matrix-js-sdk, I finished writing an MVP version for the #Hypha app to create a custom #Matrix client inside a #NextJS application.

The homeserver (Dendrite) is live at https://matrix.hypha.earth

Why this matters:

- DAO members can discuss proposals in real-time, then vote immediately - all in one place (inside their favorite business application)

- No more switching between #Discord, #Telegram, #Signal sand governance tools

- End-to-end encryption keeps sensitive #DAO discussions private

Next milestone:

adding #WebRTC-based Element Call https://github.com/element-hq/element-call for fully decentralized, federated voice/video.
The goal is a complete #CommunityMessenger with direct and group chats inside the app.

Longer-term:

I also hope Hypha embraces the #Nostr and #Marmot ecosystem - bringing #MLS-encrypted groups into the mix would take DAO privacy and scalability to the next level. 🌐

I'd love to build a Matrix-Nostr bridge (and beyond) so communities can choose their preferred protocol but still talk to each other. The more interoperable, the better.
