Sometimes for reasons like chemo, sometimes for no reason at all (Google “POI”)<br/><br/>2) If you are a person who can tolerate HRT, insist on getting topical testosterone as well as estrogen &amp; progesterone. It takes 8+mo to kick in, but it can make a life changing increase in libido. You will KNOW when it eventually takes effect. 2024-10-27T13:35:58Z
