Cheating is terrible behavior. I don’t know if there’s anything nice I can say to ease your pain; I just hope you get through this soon - if you can, try to stay in touch with more people to avoid feeling lonely all the time. As for your pain and lack of sleep, my husband went through a lot of pain for about a year, and the doctors couldn’t find an explanation. He then found a physical therapist who recommended some massages on the psoas muscle and some exercises for this muscle - it’s hard to locate that muscle with your hand because it’s very deep, so you might need some guidance, but after a while, that solved the problem for him and he was so relieved. And he’s been having trouble sleeping for over a year, ever since a bicycle accident; the situation has improved a little over the last two months - maybe he can give you some ideas of what to try. One of the things that helped him was taking magnesium - and I took it around the same time, too, and it helped me sleep more deeply and dream more. But he’s also taking some allopathic medications now; he’s really tried everything, natural things etc. If you’d like to talk to him about this (he speaks a bit of Spanish and English) I can put you two in touch. That way, at least for a few minutes, you’ll have someone to talk to and might feel a little less lonely or distract a bit.
