this has to be ISPs who are down. The big datacenters here aren’t in the affected areas plus have plenty of generators. But ISPs like Monkeybrains (Wisp) appears down in over half the city. Xfinity gets 4-8 hours of battery on their pole mounted nodes from what we’ve seen.
