But she said those type of symptoms can be from trauma and how my behavior/brain works because of that. But honestly the brain fog and memory issues I have are highly distressing. My husband will ask me to do something and I will completely forget and become very depressed because I can&#39;t seem to remember important things. I make lists and set reminders and they help me keep organized. But yeah, definitely something I struggle with. I&#39;ve seen my great grandparents have dementia and a huge fear is that it will be me someday and I hate that.
