      A friend of mine has noticed a worrying trend with his employer posting leaderboards for AI agent use at the company and judging employee performance. The LB has no context, just a list of names and values with no indication of meaning. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My take is that this isn&amp;#39;t necessarily reflective of performance. What if one person is using an expensive model and burning credits? How smart are the queries? Is the leaderboard one snapshot in time or over a longer period.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&amp;#39;m all for the use of AI - it makes my job much easier, but when I hear stories from my friend where execs are ranking employee performance based on usage, I have to wonder if AI is helping or hurting the workforce.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;#ai
