There’s no element that separates Bitcoin in any unique manner except maybe Network effects, hash rate, regulatory clarity, and first mover advantage.

But even then once you start slicing almost every other coin has at least some mixture of elements.

Monero has less hash rate but a theoretical high network effect.

Litecoin is pretty notable, and Z-cash is strong too.

So I'll tell you about my battle with this, right? I grew up in a scarce environment. I grew up where, you know, in a situation where there wasn't necessarily an abundance of food or money. or electricity or water, things were getting shut off. I lived in a trailer with holes in the floor, not the poorest that there is by far, but also like, not exactly American dream stuff either. And as a result, I have this deep programming around getting the best value, being efficient with my time and energy, getting the most, right? So I'm the guy that when I go to Dairy Queen and I see the small Blizzard is $5 and there's one that's three times as big for 75 cents more, I have to get the big one, right? I have to get the one that's the most value because I'm like, well, I get more for less. And it's a trick. Not only is it like, I don't need all that ice cream, it's also like, I don't need to spend the extra 50 cents And it's also like I'm letting them trick me, which I don't like.

And that's something I've worked through. My wife has helped me a lot with that. Like taking what you need, you know, getting what you want versus finding like the thing that feels like I'm getting the most for my dollars or whatever. And that's one way that I've been really scarce throughout my life. thinking that I need to always find the best value. I need to do things in the quickest way, taking shortcuts. That's a scarce way of looking at the world. On the other hand, I've never been concerned about holding a bunch of money. I've never been concerned about having a savings account because I grew up in that environment again. So it was a double-edged sword, right? Like we didn't have extra and I survived. So as a result, I tend to have, you know, for the most part, I'm pretty chill with like, well, I'm here. I ate today. I'm good to go. And tomorrow something else will happen. And my wife and I live that way. She does yoga classes. I do a little bit electrical work. She makes crafts.

We bring in money little by little. Both of us work, work very little. Ideally, we're spending more time working on things that we want to work on. because we're abundant in that way and it kind of ties into this whole thing happening recently in bitcoin where people are having their coins stolen if people didn't have the need to to hold a bunch they wouldn't be a target right because at the at the core even if you're a bitcoiner if there's a a vibe and i say that intentionally a vibe a vibration like we're putting out this energy that I need to save for later just in case I don't have enough. That's a fearful vibe. Everything is love or fear, right? So that fear, that fearful vibe of, oh, I need to save for later. I better have a Bitcoin saved up or 10 Bitcoin so that I can retire later. That's fear of not having enough later. And that will attract the energy of someone who wants to steal from you. Right? You put out the vibe of fear, somebody's gonna wanna steal from you. And I know that's gonna be an unpopular opinion because a lot of people do that.

A lot of people wanna plan for the future and store away. And they would say that that's just smart. It's like a lot of preppers, you know, they build a house and got a bunker and then they store up a bunch of food underneath, you know, like, gross food that's in a barrel that lasts for 20 years or some crap and it's garbage food and they're hoarding and it's out of a place of fear. Nothing wrong with that. Like go for it. Like if that's what you feel that you need to do. But while I'm kind of like a conspiracy theorist in some ways, like I'm always looking at the possibilities and I see a lot of darkness in our world. That's why I live out here because I want to be prepared. I'm thinking of what skills do I have to make sure that no matter what happens, I can eat, right? Literally, if it came down to it, we could figure out how to eat out here. And that doesn't seem, you know, it wouldn't be very fun, but there's stuff to forage and eat out here. We'd be eating a lot of the same stuff.

It wouldn't be nearly as exciting, but there would be a way to survive. And to me that's like planning for the future versus holding on to a bunch of stuff that it's, uh, I don't know. It's a tough mindset to get out of because we've been taught. We all have this deep programming and Fiat world that we need to take from others that we need to hoard and we need to save ourselves. I don't know. For me, a life worth living is one where we cooperate, We take care of each other. And I think if shit hits the fan and gets really bad, people are going to rise up. They're going to see past their politics and they're going to take care of each other. And that's another way of looking at the future from an abundance mindset. And it doesn't mean everything's all love and light and roses and sunshine. It means that we know we're going to be taken care of. So That's something to consider. It's like, what are the deepest intentions behind everything? Why do we save money? Why do we hold on for the future? In my opinion, the best thing you could stack is skills, because no matter where I go, I'm useful, which means people are gonna wanna help me out.

They're gonna wanna pay me back for my services. No matter what happens, I'm a guy who can fix your car, help you build something, Fix a lot of things. Help you solve problems. You know. And that's the most valuable thing that I have for the future. So I'm abundant in that way. And it's not because I have a bunch of money. We don't have anything as far as money goes. We spend it as it comes in. And to me that's abundant. Flowing. Things should move around. We don't want staleness in energy. Energy should flow freely between people. And I think we'll all find a little bit more. piece, the more we can get into that mindset that I recognize that it's a long road. It's hard to get out of that fiat mine stuff. But I think we're going to get there. Bitcoin is a big part of it. Bitcoin is a great teacher. And right now people are learning lessons all over Bitcoin, aren't they? And I like watching it. It's to me, it's not that big of a tragedy. Like I like seeing this stuff unfold so that people can learn lessons and they can grow.
