He created his first account, told me his primal lightning address, I zapped him and it didn't show up in his account. I tried to zap his profile but it said no lightning address set. You told us to copy his lightning address into his profile and save. Then I was able to zap his profile but those sats also didn't show up in his account/wallet. \n\nCan you see what's going on with his account?\n\nDoes he need to back up his wallet before receiving sats?\n\nWhere are the sats?\n\nThx for helping!  \n\n"}
