You can inform CLBOSS to ignore said funds for a period of time and it will not use it to open channels for you. Or perhaps you have a channel with your friend that you want to keep open, regardless if CLBOSS determines that it is not worth doing so. You can toggle the "Close" permission to off and CLBOSS will now leave said channel open.
