Your routstrd (client) doesn't automatically pick up any Routstr node from Nostr. They are essentially "enabled" by me right now. You are trusting that a node isn't lying to you, you are trusting that they aren't logging your requests and that they are not doing prompt injection.
You can choose to enable or disable nodes.
But the thing is, even on OpenRouter, there is no guarantee that Kimi K3 is actually Kimi K3 and not Deepseek v4.1.
Hell, even on Anthropic, there is no guarantee that it's actually Fable and not Opus or Sonnet. You can only tell based on people complaining on social media! Like Nostr!
So, what if your client could automatically read from Nostr and choose the providers for you? That's the end goal. That's the only way. Verifying which models are being run inside a GPU is not solved right now (idk if it'll ever be solved). It's all based on trust.
