When I was a boy, the choir master at the Presbyterian church (who was a very talented musician) was having an obvious but secret affair with one of the married women in the choir. Everybody knew...at least us kids (including the daughter of the woman).
One day while playing golf at the state park, a thunderstorm blew in and the choir master was killed by lightning. He was sheltering under a big tree that got struck and the current went up his golf spikes.
I still don't believe in god.
