It used to be you'd only hear it twice, a sarcastic "happy Monday," as if to say "yay, it's the start of another work/school week," and a sincere "happy Friday!" to say "yay, it's the last day before the weekend!" Now it's everyday. "Happy Monday." "Happy Tuesday." "Happy Thursday." "Happy Wednesday." "Happy Thursday." "Happy Friday." and every single week, 'til it has no meaning at all.
