Idaho has voter ID.
Earlier this year our state legislature eliminated student ID as a valid form of ID for voter registration. This was because colleges don't have strict enough identity verification requirements to get a student ID.
In November we'll be voting on a referendum to amend our constitution to prohibit non-citizens from voting. This paves the way for our legislature to make it a crime with harsh penalties.
