Oh man for $150 you should be able to get a super good one. Like an m910q with an i7 and 16gb. The 93p’s are a little older model and you can find those all day long for like 50 bucks with good enough specs to run a node.
Laptops def work too. They’re just a little harder to tuck away and might draw a bit more power when set to always on.
For 1 year worth of hosting you can have a really good machine that’ll last for years and can be used for other stuff if you decide to switch it up.
