Finally, an official release of Linux kernel sources for Elbrus.
Though, there are few caveats:
* They didn't managed to rebase it on linux-stable at least, and there are no separate patches. Typical vendor behavior lol. I told them it ain't good.
* There is still no crosscompiler to build it with.
