ran into this today
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/15843937/git-push-hangs-after-total-lineWhich cites documentation claiming that you only need `http.postBuffer` if your HTTP peer is "noncompliant with the HTTP standard" but it fixed the issue with Github and HTTP/2.0. does anyone happen to know what is _actually_ wrong with Git that would cause it to choke on pushing a ~1MB commit but only, like, *sometimes*? a 5MB commit in the same repo does not cause a problem. HTTP/2 doesn't even *have* "chunked encoding", so what is going on here?
