If data quality is important to my own product, then there is no Nostr CEO to whine to. I have to assume the quality is low and have a plan to deal with that. Defensive programming.
Repo-level mute lists, basically, as if they were npubs. They can always communicate that they have fixed the issue and get removed from the list.
