14. Do you keep a log of incidental characters (e.g. shop assistants) or forget them once they've featured?
If they have a name in the story, they get logged in my 'established character names' note in my Obsidian story bible, even the ones who only have a XN placeholder. Those who don't have a name will be forgotten, the poor sods.
