What I had said:
If it was Israel, the only way out is to make up a source for ISIS, claim responsibility, have it work it's way through honeypot channels, then have real ISIS get the information and hope they play along or buy into it (wouldn't be the first time) then have a bunch of articles flood social media and Google.
