TFW you’re performing a task that is already very stressful for you and your SO gripes hard at you about some aspect of how you’re doing it, so not only do you not get that feeling of completion & accomplishment when you’re done (not to mention the anticipated dopamine hit), you don’t get back any spoons, and burn extra spoons feeling shitty about the whole thing.
