Rolling blackouts on the east coast for anyone else? This is a first for me in the 20+ years we have lived in the area. They don't last very long, so good thing for battery backups but it does get really annoying.
Strange part they don't seem to be at (intuitively) peak hours, and have recently been on cool days.
