Anyone have a hot tip on easiest (+ safest) ways to clean very well established layer of green gunk from inside a birdbath, apart from elbow grease? I read that you should use vinegar and not detergent so as not to risk harming bird's feather waterproofing, but vinegar and elbow grease isn't working terribly well. Don't have a high pressure cleaner unfortunately.
