looks like I’m on the list for an angiogram/stent. doc recommends switching to Mediterranean diet as well, but that might be problematic with my neurodivergence (my relationship with food is extremely difficult). I can at least STOP eating things like red meat and sweets, even if I can’t eat whole grains.
