HOWA does good work helping people who are very low income and are trying to keep inside a vehicle instead of ending up in a homeless encampment. I know that if I end up losing my place in the trailer park I'm in, I'll be relying on HOWA to help me transition to my minivan, or fix a full-sized van if I find the right one I can afford.
