weaponizing is prob the wrong word. maybe superficial or shallow compassion? compassion in name only? just used weaponized bc it feels like its meant to manipulate human behavior sometimes.
anyway i don't think i'm explaining myself well. agree theres some sort of thought epidemic, but its not compassion. I don't want them to corrupt the meaning of compassion too, its an important word imo.
for example, i think overall bitcoin is a truly compassionate movement. i think thats part of what draws so many to bitcoin, including me. and thats a good thing.
