And right now it's Ethiopian Coffee season! All the 2023 crops are coming to market, after going through their processing and drying phases over in Ethiopia, getting into brokers and direct vendor hands, then getting graded, sorted, and roasted by quality roasters. I've got three nice samples in right now, from 3 different roasters, all with interesting taste profiles.
