On Sunday May 29 2022 there was a leak of Hexafluorobutadiene (Hexafluorobuta-1,3-diene) while the fab was supervised by only one engineer & one security guard. The gas is extremely flammable & toxic. Apple noted they probably didn't even have sensors for it in most of the building.
